이번 시간은 관사(article)를 간단히 정리해 보겠습니다.  

관사란?

예) AN oak, A boy

THE oak, THE boy.

 

설명

– 이들 단어들, an, a, 그리고 the 들은 관사라고 불린다. 이들 예에서 관사들은,

(1) 여러 개 중에서 하나를 의미하거나,

– an oak or a boy

 

(2) 특정한 것을 의미한다.

– the oak, the boy.

※ 관사는 명사 앞에 놓여서 그 명사의 의미를 한정한다.

– AN apple ; A battleship ; THE man,
